"Spooky" Mulder (David Duchovny) on the fantasy drama THE
X-FILES/FOX/1993-2002 was red-green color blind. This malady saved
his life on episode No.71 "Wetwired" when Mulder and Scully (Gillian
Anderson) discovered a conspiracy involving mind control through
doctored cable TV signals that motivated viewers to murder by
turning their anxieties into psychosis. While Mulder's partner
Scully saw bizarre hallucinations, Mulder's visual limitation
prevented him from experiencing any paranoia created by the sinister
