Caroline Duffy -  Set in New York City, the sitcom CAROLINE IN THE CITY/NBC/1995-99 featured Lea Thompson (the mom from the Back to the Future movies) as Caroline Duffy, a Wisconsin born artist and greeting card designer who produced the comic strip Caroline In The City from her downtown TriBeCa apartment (2A). Also featured were Malcolm Gets as Caroline's co-worker Richard Karinsky, a brooding painter/colorist; Eric Lutes as Del Cassidy, a greeting card company executive and Caroline's on/off love interest; Amy Pietz as neighbor Annie Spidara, a Broadway dancer; Andy Lauer as Charlie, a klutzy delivery service messenger on skates; and Tom La Grua as Remo, the owner of an Italian restaurant called Remo's.
