Darren McGavin and Burt Reynolds - RIVERBOAT
Captain Holden and Pilot Ben Frazer

Set in the 1840s, the Enterprise navigated the Mississippi river with Captain Grey Holden (Darren McGavin) at the helm. The Captain won the Enterprise in a poker game.

Later in the series Noah Berry, Jr. came aboard as the new partner named Bill Blake, who owned 49% interest in the boat.

Burt Reynolds got his first continuing TV role on the series as Ben Frazer, an orphaned river rat who grew up on the River to become boat pilot for the Enterprise.
