The Scuber - Boat featured on the journalism
adventure FOLLOW THE SUN/ABC/1961-62. The Scuber was used by
freelance magazine writers Ben Gregory (Barry Coe) and Paul Templin
(Brett Halsey) for pleasure and while on assignment tracking down
clues for a hot story in the tropic regions near Honolulu, Hawaii.
Ben and Paul lived in a bachelor pad in
Honolulu.
Helping them was
Katherine
Anne Richards (Gigi Perreau), who was their
part-time beautiful secretary and full-time
secretary at the University of Honolulu;
Eric Jason (Gary Lockwood), who did the boy's legwork researching their stories
and boatsman on the Scuber; and Lt.
Frank Roper (Jay Sanin), who was their contact
at the Honolulu Police Department.
