Psychic Phenomenon - Occult book written by Dr. Merle Osmond, P.P.D., Head of the College of Psychic Phenomenon in Bosie, Idaho (who used to teach guitar) featured on the sitcom THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW/CBS/1960-68. Deputy Barney Fife (Don Knotts)  consulted the book Psychic Phenomenon when he became interested in the supernatural after buying an ornate box believed to be the property of gypsies. The box contained a book of instructions that went with a deck of Tarot cards. The cards seemingly under the spell of the spirit of Count Von Delecky, an 18th century nobleman, were granting wishes that coincidentally came true.
