Elmira - Domestic cat owned by Bronco
Layne, (Ty Hardin) a frontiersman and army scout featured on the
western adventure BRONCO/ABC/1958-60. Elmira was named after "The
Battle of Elmira," a civil war confrontation that Bronco fought in
when while a member of the Texas Confederacy. Elmira hates chili.
When Bronco went a wandering, he gave his cat to his storekeeper
friend Enrique Cortez (Gerald Mohr).
