Lippy the Lion - Optimistic cartoon
lion that starred in 52 syndicated episodes on the Hanna-Barbera
animated adventure LIPPY THE LION AND HARDY HAR HAR/SYN/1962. Lippy
drifted around the countryside with his pessimistic hyena sidekick
Hardy Har Har ("Oh dear, oh my, I just know something awful will
happen.") in search of handouts, and a place to stay, but generally
they got themselves involved in all sorts of misadventures.

Veteran voice-over artists Daws Butler and Mel Blanc provided the
voices for these transient jungle felines.
