Justin WilsonCookin' Cajun - Nickname of Justin Wilson, a white-haired, potbellied, suspender-wearing old southern cook who hosted a successful cooking program JUSTIN WILSON'S LOUISIANA COOKIN' seen on the Public Broadcasting Stations (PBS) during the 1980s. His program was filled with lots of down home humor, and his food was chock-full of garlic, hot sauce and plenty of onions. His catch phrases were "How ya' all are?" and "I guar-onnn-tee it." Another popular competitor in the field of Cajun cooking was chef Paul Prudhomme, a plump, Dom Deluise look-alike.
