Pongo & Perdite - Parents of a
cute bevy of 15 Dalmatian pups on the Disney half-hour cartoon series
101 DALMATIANS: THE SERIES/SYN/ABC/1997-1998.

Perdite, Pongo and their babies
Based on the successful
1961 Disney animated feature film 101 Dalmatians, the TV
series presented the adventures of both the Dalmatian pups and their
parents, Pongo and Perdite.
The "101 Dalmatians" segment followed
the escapades of assorted Dalmatian pups (Lucky, Rolly, Cadpig, etc.) as
they grew up on a farm in rural London.

Lucky, Two-Tone, Cadpig, Rolly,
Dipstick, Wizzer, Tripod,
Patch, and Spot from the TV series
"The Bark Brigade"
segments tracked the trail of Pongo (voice of Kevin Schon) and
Perdite "Perdy" (Pam Dawber) as they foiled the evil plans of Cruella de Vil (April Winchell), the sinister villainess
who hated her Dalmatian neighbors.
The 1961 movie and subsequent series are based on the 1956
children's novel "The Hundred and One Dalmatians" by Dodie Smith
that chronicled the attempts of Cruella de Vil to make a fur coat
from the hides of 101 dalmatians.
TV Series Theme Song
I'm seeing lots of spots, plenty of polka-dots.
(Catch those puppies)
Can't catch the furry flurry, runnin' in a blurry hurry.
(Catch those puppies)
(101) Canines on the run.
(101) Then doggone dogs of fun.
With out fail you'll wind up chasing your tail.
What's the harm in ruffling feathers on this funny farm?
(101) Life's just a bed or roses.
(101) Best friends with cold wet noses.
Through thick thin push and pull it's one oh one oh wonderful.
More times the fun 101 Dalmatians.
