Djinn Djinn - Enchanted dog featured on the fantasy comedy I DREAM OF JEANNIE/NBC/1965-70. Djinn Djinn (pronounced "Gin Gin") belonged to a magical female genie named Jeannie (Barbara Eden). Because Djinn Djinn was treated badly by the Sultan's guards in old Baghdad, he had a hatred for anyone wearing a uniform. Consequently, this ferocious little dog (who often turned invisible) would chew at the pant cuffs of Jeannie's master, astronaut Major Anthony Nelson (Larry Hagman), and anyone else who got in the way. Djinn Djinn and his Mrs. (a small white dog) became parents to six little puppies which were given to Jeannie's relatives Cousin Ali, Aunt Fatima, Grandfather Akmed, Uncle Asmidis and Aunt Milame.
