Gordon Howe Kronk, Jr. - Mutt dog seen on some episodes of the medical drama CHICAGO HOPE/CBS/1994-2000. Gordon Howe Kronk, Jr. resided with Dr. Billy Kronk (Peter Berg) a bad-tempered, hockey-loving physician working at Chicago Hope Hospital. Gordon's breed was a questionable mix of a terrier (his coat), a German shepherd (his color) and a wolf (his built). On episode "A Goy and His Dog" (3/10/99) Billy decides to put Gordy to sleep. In reality Gordon was played by Oatmeal the dog who was rescued from a Castaic, California dog pound. Oatmeal's other screen credits included the movie Lawnmower Man II: Beyond Cyberspace and commercial spots for duPont Stainmaster Carpets. Cindy James of Frank Inn Animal Trainers was Oatmeal's trainer.
