Conway & Twitty were the pet fishes of Loretta Haggers (Mary Kay
Place), an aspiring country singer who lived in the small town
of Fernwood, Ohio.
TRIVIA NOTE: On Sesame Street,
Bert's goldfish were named Lyle and Talbot, presumably after the
actor Lyle Talbot. Lyle Talbot was one of the founders of SAG
(Screen Actors Guild).
