Dr. Cadaverino - Zany late night huckster of
horror who hosted Nightmare Theater in Milwaukee on station WITI-TV from
1964-1977.

Dr. Cadaverino (played by Jack DuBlon) thought everybody was "Stupid!"
including his guests, and the actors and directors of the movies he showed on
the program but in particular Igor, the Doctor's headless assistant (Roger Cotey) who reaped
such nicknames as "El Creepo" and "Dumbhead".
The show's main attraction were the typical schlock horror classics like
Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954), The Unearthly (1957), and the
mandatory Frankenstein, Wolfman, and Dracula movies.

Nightmare Theater ended it thirteen year run on October 29, 1977. The
Dr. Cadaverino's Halloween Special aired on 10/21/1980. Jack DuBlon
died July 25, 1988.
