The Tick dressed in a blue body stocking with little antennae on its cowl and battled criminals in a metropolis known as "The City." His sidekick was a mild-mannered accountant named Arthur, who dressed up like a moth. The Tick traveled about town on the local city bus. The Tick's catchphrase battle cry is "Spoooooon! When facing evil, our bumbling crime fighter says "Criminals, you face the sworn protector of this fair city...you face The Tick!"

TRIVIA NOTE:  A live-action spin-off of the original cartoon series THE TICK/FOX./2001-2002 starred Patrick Warburton as The Tick. The series only ran eight episodes.
