 "Meeska-Mooska-Mouseketeer" -
Password phrase
used to open the cartoon vault on THE MICKEY MOUSE CLUB/ABC/1955-59,
a popular children's program in the 1950s.
When it came time for the cartoon segment of the show, one of the
mouseketeers stood in front of a drawer that contained the cartoon
of the day.
The phrase "Time to twist our Mouseke-dial to the right and the left
with a great big smile. This is the way we get to see a Mouse
Cartoon for you and me" was spoken, followed by the magic password "Meeska,
Mooska, Mouseketeer, Mouse Cartoon time now is here." The drawer
then slid open to reveal the featured animated segment in the Mickey
Mouse Treasure Mine.
