password to the Loyal Order of Benevolent Zebras that comedian Mel
Blanc used to gain access to his fraternal lodge on the radio
program THE MEL BLANC SHOW/CBS/1946. On the program he played the
proprietor of a Fix-It-Shop whose motto was "You bend it, we mend
it".
The "Ugga-Ugga-Boo" expression became very popular with the public
and a tune with that title was recorded by Spike Jones and his City
Slickers on RCA Records. in 1947.
