B.A.D. Cats - Special Los Angeles Police
Department squad called Burglary Auto Detail, Commercial Auto Thefts featured on
the police drama B.A.D. CATS/ABC/1980.
Its operatives included two ex-race drivers, Officers Nick
Donovan (Asher Brauner) and Ocee James (Steve Hanks) who screeched about the
City of Angels in pursuit of car thieves and other bad guys.
Other support staff included Vic Morrow as crusty Captain
Eugene Nathan, Michelle Pfeiffer as shapely Officer Samantha Jensen;
La Wanda Page as Ma, a restaurant owner, and Jimmie Walker as Rodney,
car-thief-turned-auto repo man.
