C.A.P.E.R. - Civilian Authority For The Protection of Everybody, Regardless, a special crimefighting unit of the 927th police precinct in the mythical town of Northeast Southwestern on the live-action Saturday morning children's series THE KIDS FROM C.A.P.E.R./1976-77. The C.A.P.E.R. group consisted of four teenage boys: P.T. (Steve Bonino); Bugs (Cosie Costa); Doomsday (Biff Warren), and Doc (John Lansing).
