Doc - A gruff, big-bellied flight engineer with
several synthetic body parts on the sci-fi series SPACE RANGERS/CBS/1993.
Doc, a.k.a. "Tin Man" (Jack McGee) worked for the
Space Rangers, a law
enforcement organization based at Fort Hope on the planet Avalon in the year
2104.
Doc's body had been outfitted with a left prosthetic arm, a metal heart, a
poly-foam knee, and a synthetic liver.
The cigar-smoking Doc could repair just about anything but was always fearful
that Central Command was going to force him to retire.
