Elaine interviews
a perspective lover
When Elaine Benes' (Julia Louis-Dreyfus)
favorite sponge contraceptive ceased production,
she hurriedly searched the pharmacies in New
York City and purchased the remaining supplies.
Now faced with the dilemma of only having
a few (12 boxes) of her favorite prophylactic
left, she began to interview her prospective
lover's to see if they were "Sponge-worthy."
As one anxious man finished his story,
Elaine could be heard saying, "Run down your
case again."
Elaine:
I've yada yada'd sex.
George:
Really?
Elaine:
Yeah. I met this lawyer, we went out
to dinner, I had the lobster bisque, we
went back to my place, yada yada yada, I
never heard from him again.
