Cobra - Undercover agency on the adventure COBRA/SYN/1993-94. Cobra was founded by billionaire Quentin Avery to provide justice for crime victims who are abandoned by the system. When Cobra discovered that Navy SEAL and martial arts expert Robert "Scandal" Jackson (Michael Dudikoff), who refused to blow up a target occupied by civilians, was shot in the face and left for dead, they recovered his body, performed complete facial reconstruction and made him an operative. His assignments were supervised by Dallas Cassel (James Tolkan). Scandal shared his missions with a vintage red A.C. Cobra sports convertible and a beautiful partner, Danielle LaPointe (Allison J.
