U.G.L.I. - Underground Government Liberation Intergroup, the sinister organization on the espionage comedy THE NEW ADVENTURES OF BEANS BAXTER/FOX/1987-88. Its leader was the evil Mr. Sue (Kurtwood Smith).

U.G.L.I. battled the good guys known as the Network headed by Number One (John Vernon).

Benjamin "Beans" Baxter, a seventeen-year-old student from Georgetown High School became a spy for the Network when the bad guys from U.G.L.I. kidnapped his father (a spy posing as a mailman/courier).
