"Little Guy" - The
phrase that really irritated Officer Stanley
Jones (Jay Johnson) on the police comedy BROKEN
BADGES/CBS/1990-91.
Officer Jones was classified as "broken or
unstable" and as such earned him membership in
the Rubber Gun Squad, officers on psychiatric
leave.
One of Stanley's big problems was his small
stature and his sensitivity about it. When
anyone called him a "Little Guy" he went
ballistic and pummeled the unsuspecting
offender.
He had another problem as well. He carried
around a ventriloquist dummy named Officer Danny
to which he talked and confided all his
