BIG RAT - Acronym for
Brain Impulse Galvanascope Record and Transfer, a device owned
by the organization known as the World Intelligence Network on
the syndicated puppet series JOE 90/ITC/1968-69 filmed in
super-marionation.
This electronic marvel gave their unofficial operative, a
nine-year old boy named Joe McClaine ("Most Special Agent"), superhuman capabilities. The rays
of BIG RAT boosted Joe's IQ to genius levels and made him run
faster than a speeding train.
