The Atlantis - Boat used by salvage divers Drake Andrews (Keith Larsen), Larry Lahr (Jeremy Slate) and Mike Madison (Ron Ely) based in southern California on the maritime adventure THE AQUANAUTS/CBS/1960-61 (later called MALIBU RUN). TRIVIA NOTE: Atlantis was the mythical island which according to Plato sank beneath the ocean waves somewhere West of Gibraltar. In the comic books both Aquaman (DC Comics) and Submariner (Marvel Comics) were rulers of this undersea kingdom. Patrick Duffy (of DALLAS fame) starred in an underwater sci-fi series THE MAN FROM ATLANTIS/NBC/1977-78 where he played Mark Harris, a lone survivor from the legendary kingdom of Atlantis who worked for the Foundation for Oceanic Research.
