Oscar Mayer WeinermobileOscar Mayer Wienermobile - A traveling microbus shaped and colored like a huge hot dog used by the Oscar Mayer Foods since the 1930s to advertise their processed meat products. The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile carried a tiny driver in a white chef's hat called "Little Oscar." The most famous "Little Oscar" chef was portrayed by George Molchan. The Wienermobile's were at their height of popularity in the 1950s and 1960s when they cruised across the country appearing in parades, in supermarket parking lots, and other sites like hospitals, and schools - handing out such promotional items as "wiener whistles."
