 Henry -
Bassett hound featured on the
medical drama series EMERGENCY!/NBC/1972-77.
Henry lived with Squad 51, a Los Angeles County Fire Department
Rescue Division. Considered the laziest dog in the world, Henry just
sat around the station house - rarely leaving the comfort of the
firehouse couch.
Before Henry, there was Boots, a scruffy mutt who
was the station's house mascot during seasons 2-5.
A half-hour animated version, EMERGENCY+4 aired on NBC's Saturday
morning lineup from 1973 through 1976.
