(voice of Steven Weber), Itchy returned to Earth to spread kindness
and helped those in need.

(Ernest Borgnine), Killer (Charlie Nelson Reilly), Sasha (Sheena
Easton) and Annabelle /Belladonna (Bebe Neuwirth).
Produced in association with
Claster Television, the series is a spin-off of the MGM
animated movie All Dogs Go to Heaven (1989). Dom Deluise
provided the voice of Itchy in the film.
