Mr. T's Hair - Probably the strangest haircut to parade across the television screen (with the exception of the rock 'n rollers on cable's MTV) was the hairstyle sported by Sgt. Bosco "B.A." Baracus (Mr. T) on the soldier-of-fortune adventure THE A-TEAM/NBC/1983‑87. Most people have mistakenly described the haircut as a Mohican Indian style. However Mr. T in his 1984 book Mr. T: The Man with the Gold (page 6) dispelled that rumor with this description. "My hairstyle is from Africa. It's from the Mandinka Tribe, the Mandinka WARRIORS, a proud people..."
