George Utley's Penny
- On the sitcom NEWHART/CBS/1982-90 handyman
George Utley (Tom Poston), the droll
groundskeeper for the Stratford Inn in Vermont always
placed a penny in his shoe or sock for luck.
TRIVIA NOTE:
George also had a
lucky hammer
he called "Old
Blue."
