Blinkey - A small boy featured on the 15-minute marionette production of THE ADVENTURES OF BLINKEY/SYN/1952. Blinkey was a real-life boy (Michael Mann) who was transformed into a puppet character when he entered into the land of make-believe. The program was created by child psychologist Lucille Emerick and directed by puppeteer Paul Ashley (of ROOTIE KAZOOTIE fame).
