Yo-Yo - Robot police detective designed by
inventor Dr. Yoyonovich on the sci-fi police
comedy HOLMES AND YO-YO/ABC/1976.

Gregory "Yo-Yo" Yoyonovich (played by John
Schuck) was a not-yet-perfected, 427-pound robot
equipped with photographic memory, a stomach
trash compactor and a self contained film
developing lab.
His programming quirks included flipping
over when he got near a garage door opener and
literally bouncing around the room when someone
told him to "hop to it."
Yo-Yo's human partner was Det. Alexander
Holmes (Richard B. Shull), an accident-prone Los
Angeles police officer.
