E.C.H.O. - Emergency Counter-Hostilities Organization (ECHO), a spy agency featured on the espionage adventure SPY GAME/ABC/1997. Lead by dour bureau chief Micah Simms (Bruce McCarty), E.C.H.O. was composed of operatives many of whom were laid-off free agents selling their knowledge to the highest bidder. Agents included Linden Ashby as ex-CIA agent Lorne Cash; and Allison Smith as Max London, his beautiful and daring new partner whom Cash initially tried to avoid as much as possible. Veteran agent Adam Quill (Cotter Smith) appeared as Cash's mentor who trained him in the spy game. To gain access to E.C.H.O., agents drove their cars down a blind alley at 100 mph, straight at a brick wall which fortuitously opened at the last second to reveal the entrance to this secret organization.
