The term "Episode Guide" can be misleading. Some sites call themselves "Episode Guides" but, in reality, they only supply a chronological "list" of episode titles with air dates. With this in mind, the episode guides with summaries are listed first. The "other" episode guides/lists with mostly "episode titles and air dates" are found at the bottom of this section.  

Episode Guides with Summaries

• Dark Horizons - The "TV Episodes Guide" section of this website (mostly devoted to films) provides a detailed episode guide to some of TV's hottest shows like  Angel,  Babylon 5, Dawson's Creek, South Park and Will & Grace.
   
• Digital Dreams - Short but thorough list of episode guides with summaries for seven shows including The Flash, Friends, The Honeymooners, Lois & Clark, Seinfeld, The Simpson, TeKWar, and The Three Stooges.
   

• Epguides.com - This site contains episode lists for over 2000 TV shows. Each list contains titles, airdates, character names and actor names. For over 500 shows there is a more detailed episode guide containing guest stars and plot summaries. To increase its overall holdings Epguides.com partnered with TV Tome, a similar site. 

• EpisodeGuides.com - Episode guides with summaries for over 60 popular comedy and drama TV shows ranging from Ally Mc Beal to Weird Science. Site summaries are written by fan volunteers. This site was formerly called Hu's Episode Guides.com
  
  EpisodeList.com - This site contains episode guides and summaries for over 50 popular programs. EpisodeLists features PlotTracker which allows you to keep track of your favorite characters and plot threads.

• Episode Warehouse - A nice collection of episode summaries from a variety of both current and defunct series (about 40 shows). Also check out Guidewriters TV Series Episode Guides and J.R.'s TV Pages

• InnerMinds Episode Guides - Collection of episode guides and lists for 35 classic TV shows including Aaron's Way, The Avengers, Otherworld, The New Adventures of Bean Baxter, Ray Bradbury Theater and The Torkelsons.

• Memorable TV Episode Guides Collection  - An ever growing collection of episode guides to hundreds of shows, with  full and detailed information, production credits, plot details and cast lists. Summaries are very short but to the point.

• Miles of Video - Contains a limited by informative collection of TV show episode summaries.  

• Television Without Pity - The section "Shows" gives visitors access to episode summaries and criticisms on a variety of popular TV shows.  Mighty Big TV is billed as a "Television Without Pity" because of the no-holds bar approach the reviewers take in evaluating each episode. Site also contains recaps, polls and message boards.

• TKTV - A good source for up-to-date episode guides with summaries from currently popular TV series.

• TV Central - TV Central debuted in 2001 and aims to bring you the largest and growing number of episode guides for worldwide TV shows. It features episode guides from currently popular TV shows and canceled or shows that finished their original run.

• TV Land - Cable channel devoted to classic TV sitcoms and dramas. Site also includes nice capsule episode summaries from shows like The Andy Griffith Show, Leave It To Beaver, Gunsmoke, I Dream of Jeannie and My Favorite Martian.

• The TV Toilet Tube - "The TV You Shouldn't Flush!" Select list of episode summaries from today's most popular TV shows like Ally Mc Beal, Beverly Hills 90210, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Dawson's Creek,  Felicity, Friends , Frasier, Once and Again, The Practice, and The West Wing. 

• TV Tome - Houses over 1,700 complete episode guides covering almost all the current shows and many of your favorite classics. There's also an additional 2,800+ guides that are partially complete or under development.
