on the situation comedy THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW/CBS/1961-66
Laura Petrie
(Mary Tyler Moore), the wife of comedy writer Rob Petrie (Dick
Van Dyke) kept love these letters hidden in the basement of their New
Rochelle house behind some loose bricks in back of the furnace.
The letters were from her high school boyfriend Joe Coogan.
Laura later discovered that her handsome high school sweetheart
had become a priest.
