Doris Robert's autobiography cleverly combines tasty recipes from her own kitchen with advice and reminiscences from her life that includes her 40-year career, two marriages, various love affairs, and struggle to raise her son while building a successful acting career. The recipes in the book include lasagna, chicken crepes, and flourless chocolate cake.
