  Dances

Dance of Joy, The - Balki Bartokomous (Bronson Pinchot), a naive immigrant from the Greek Isle of Mypos on the sitcom PERFECT STRANGERS/ABC/1986-92 would often ask his cousin/roommate Larry (Mark Linn-Baker) if he wanted to do the "Dance of Joy" with him when a happy situation presented itself ("Now we are so happy, we do the Dance of Joy!"). The dance required each partner to face one another, to grab each others shoulders and to kick out their legs from side to side. They continued bobbing their heads in a pecking motion alternating from one side of the head to the other. For the finale, one of the dancers jumped into the other's arms. While they danced they sang Di,Di,Di, Di,Di,Di, Ha,Ha,Ha HEY!
