The Mouse - Hip song. dance performed by Popular
children show host Soupy Sales that appeared on the 1965 installment of THE ED
SULLIVAN SHOW where Soupy protruded his upper teeth and placed his wriggling
fingers by each ear to simulate a tiny cheese eater.
Soup also did a musical jig that he called the "Soupy Shuffle" on THE
SOUPY SALES SHOW/ABC/1955 & 59-61. Dressed in a big, floppy polka dot tie
and dark shirt, he jumped from side to side entertaining a generation of
baby boomers.
