Soupy Shuffle, The - Popular children show host Soupy Sales had a musical jig he called the "Soupy Shuffle" that he performed on THE SOUPY SALES SHOW/ABC/1955 & 59-61. Dressed in a big, floppy polka dot tie and dark shirt, he jumped from side to side entertaining a generation of baby boomers. He also appeared on the 1965 installment of THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW and performed his hit song/dance "The Mouse" in which he protruded his upper teeth and placed his wriggling fingers by each ear to simulate a tiny cheese eater. TV Party's - Soupy Sales Webpage
