Barney - Pet Yorkshire terrier seen on the newspaper drama LOU GRANT/CBS/1977-82. Barney shared the spotlight with Margaret Pynchon (Nancy Marchand), the owner/publisher of the Los Angeles Tribune. He was later killed by a pit bull named Lou Grant. Mrs. Pynchon called her new dog Max.
