Sui - Black Staffordshire Bull Terrier
cross (also referred to as a Russell York
Terrier) with a white left paw and white
mottling on its chest seen on episodes of the
1990s syndicated series CROC FILES (a.k.a. The
Crocodile Hunter's Croc Files).

Sui is the
lovable Australian croc hunting dog owned by
zookeeper and wildlife expert Steve "Crikey!"
Irwin and his wife, Terri Irwin. In the
mid-1980s, Sui accompanied Steve Irwin into the
wilds of north Queensland and spent five years
with Steve helping him catch and relocate
protected saltwater crocodiles. The two are now
inseparable.
The N2 Toys Company incorporated Sui the Dog
into a line of 'Crocodile Hunter' action figure
set that features 6" and 12" action figures of
Steve and Terri Irwin.
Right before the production on the full length
film The Crocodile Hunter: Collision Course,
(2002) Sui was diagnosed with skin cancer.
Luckily the tumor was removed and Sui got be
appear in the movie.
TRIVIA NOTE:
The Irwin''s daughter, Bindi Sui Irwin (born
July 24, 1998) is named after a crocodile from
Babinda named Bindi and, of course, Sui the
family dog. "Bindi" is a word the Kalkadoon
Aborigines use meaning "young girl."
