Zorro's Calling Card - Guy Williams
starred in the Disney production of ZORRO/ABC/1957-59 that featured
Don Diego de la Vega as Zorro, a masked swashbuckling swordsman who
righted wrongs in the Spanish California.

As the opening theme song proclaimed, this "bold renegade marks a
Z with his blade, a Z that stands for Zorro". Zorro often left his
calling card carved on walls, furniture and even the clothing or
skin of those foolish enough to challenge his lightning swift sword.
The character of
Zorro was reprised in the situation comedy ZORRO AND SON/CBS/1983 In
this series however, Zorro used guns, gas bombs and other modern
weapons in place of the sword. The Family Channel also aired the
adventures of THE NEW ZORRO in the late 1980s. See also
