Sabrina Spellman - Pretty 16-year-old novice witch
featured on the fantasy comedy SABRINA, THE TEENAGE WITCH/ABC/WB1996-2003.

Sabrina lives at 133 Collins Road in Westbridge, Massachusetts, with her witch
aunts Hilda and Zelda and Salem, a talking black cat named
Salem
Saberhagen. Sabrina’s mother was human archeologist. Her
father, Edward is a warlock. He lives in an other dimension and communicated via
a talking picture in an old book in Sabrina's bedroom. When Sabrina was born the
Witches Council assigned Hilda and Zelda to teach Sabrina witchcraft once she
turned 16 years of age. Upon receiving her first power [levitation] Sabrina
learns more about witchcraft aided by a black cauldron [her aunts gift] and The
Discovery of Magic spell book [a gift from her father]. On her 17th birthday
Sabrina became a licensed witch after passing numerous test administered by The
Quizmaster. Sabrina’s friends included her love interest Harvey; Jenny, her
free-spirited best friend, and her witch cousins Ally and Amanda. She hangouts
at the Slicery, a local pizza parlor.
Aunt Zelda, the scientist in the family, is a 500 year-old single college
quantum physics professor who hides her secret potions behind a kitchen wall
cabinet. Hilda is single, 620-year-old and plays the violin. She was Salem’s
follower and her sentence was to keep him worm-free for the next century. Her
romantic interest included Drell, the head of the Witches Council [they’ve
broken up over 32 times] and mortal Willard Kraft, the vice-principal [later
principal] of Westbridge High School where Sabrina attended school.

Things you should know about the Spellman family: They love Halloween, they
avoid eating pancakes [they’re addicted to them]; they hate lava [it’s the only
known substance that can kill a witch]; the family is allergic to poppies [it
makes them fall asleep]; and every Spellman family member has a twin. Sabrina’s
twin, Katrina lives in South Dakota. Zelda and Hilda also own a clock shop
called the Hickory Dickory Dock shop One of their services included taking
people back in time via the Lost in Time Clock to correct life mistakes. Hilda
later opened Hilda’s Coffee Shop in Boston when Sabrina went to Adams College
and lived off campus in a house [#808] with a group of other students. Adam’s
rival is Emerson College. Sabrina becomes an accomplished scuba diver and writes
for the school newspaper.
Before her engagement to her mortal boyfriend, Aaron Jacobs, Sabrina quit her
job at Scorch magazine to become a freelance writer. A few months later on April
20, 2003, Sabrina leaves Aaron at the altar when she realizes that her former
boyfriend, Harvey was her real soul mate. As she exits St. Paul's Church, she
sees Harvey leaning on a motorcycle. Ecstatic, Sabrina rushes in to his arms.
Together, they drive off to a new life at exactly 12:36PM.
TRIVIA NOTE: Some witch facts: On Friday the
