Porky Pig - Stammering pig (voice of Mel Blanc) starring in a number of Looney Tunes & Merrie Melodies cartoons produced by Warner Brothers.

Th-th-th-that's all folks!!!

Porky debuted in I Haven't Got a Hat (7/1/1935) where he did a stuttering recitation of "The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere" Later, Porky costarred with Beans the Cat in Golddiggers of '49 (1936) and in his own cartoon Porky, the Rain Maker (1936).

This bowtie wearing swine first costarred with Daffy Duck in Porky's Duck Hunt (1937) and with Bugs "What's Up Doc?" Bunny in Porky's Hare Hunt (1938). Porky's girlfriend was Petunia who first appeared in Porky's Romance (1937).

Porky also appeared at the end of the Looney Tune cartoon stammering the now famous studio signoff "Eh-th, Eh-Th, Eh-Th, Eh-That's all, folks!"

Porky's cartoons were featured on the animated cartoon series THE PORKY PIG SHOW/ABC/1964-71 (also known as PORKY PIG AND HIS FRIENDS/SYN/1971).

Porky Pig Stamp

In the process of creating the Porky Pig character, cartoonist Friz Freleng was inspired by memories of two chubby brothers from his Kansas City, Missouri, neighborhood; one nicknamed Porky, the other, Pig. The original voice of Porky Pig from 1935-37 was performed by Joe Dougherty who actually did stammer.
