The Bots Master - Robot technician who created a series of free-thinking, futuristic robots (BOYZZ Brigade) on the science fiction cartoon THE BOTS MASTER/SYN/1993.

Ziv Zulander and his Bots

Initially developed by genius robot technician Ziv "ZZ" Zulander, the "Bots" were created as a robotic labor force for the Robotic Megafact Corporation. But CEO Lewis Leon Paradim ("LLP"), a sinister corporate executive had plans of his own, namely, world conquest.

Altering the design of the "Bots," Paradim created an army of robotic warriors to take over the planet in the year 2025.

Realizing that such Bots in the hands of his boss Pardim, Zulander quits the organization and tries to warn the world of the threat. But, Paradim brands Zulander and his bots-designer sister, Blitzy "Blitz" Zulander as terrorists.

Forced into hiding, ZZ uses a special chip ("The Brain Gain") that he designed to power his own army of fighting bots - The Brain Operated Young Zygoetopic Zoids (or BOYZZ, for short) who can think for themselves. 

Ziv's robots included:

• The Street Boyzz (Jammerzz and Toolzz)
• The Sports Boyzz (All Ball, Batzz, Bogey and Ace)
• The Science Boyzz (Genesix, D'Nerd, Watzon)
• Additional Boyzz: (Cook, the Cooking Boyzz, Ninjzz, the Ninja Boyzz, Kiddie, the Child Boyzz, Momzz, the Mother Boyzz,
  Swang, the Bug Boyzz, Twig - ZZ's talking car that can transform into a robot and Jungle Fiver, a group of five vehicles that transform into robots and combine into a giant robotic fighting machine.
• Other bots: The Talking Heads ("T-Heads") are a group of robot heads TI, T2, T3, T4, and T5) that sit on a shelf in ZZ's house; Birden, a robot bird created by Genesix; Freehand, a flying hand that helps the Talking Heads; Half Bot, Jet Bot, Tank Bot , Heli Bot, Hover Bot; and a series of Battle Bots.

Paradim, his gorgeous security chief, Lady Frenzy (who secretly has a crush on Ziv) and sleazy bot-designer, Dr. Hiss (with a bionic leg) seek to obtain ZZ's chip at any cost so they can use its power against ZZ and his bots forces. The Corp uses the Krang Chip to control their evil Bots.

ZZ's Bots usually engage in battle with RM Corp bots such as the SecurityBots, soldier GreenBots and MDB's (MassiveDestructionBot) created by Dr. Hiss.

The 40 episode series was produced by Nuoptix/Avid Arad/Creative Development Productions in association with All American Television.

Segments of the series could be viewed in 3-D. Whenever the viewers heard the phrase "Laser Time" they put on a pair of 3-D glasses to watch the two-minute battle action between the bots.
