Life-size replica of Mr. Rogers' Magic Trolley at Idlewild Amusement Park in Ligonier, PAMr. Rogers' Magic Trolley - Magical red and yellow miniature street car that travels into the Neighborhood of Make Believe on each  episode of the popular children's program MR. ROGERS' NEIGHBORHOOD/PBS/1967-75/1979-2000. Mister Rogers uses the trolley to introduce his viewers to the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, a magical and where the theme of the day is explored. To enter the Neighborhood of Make Believe, the Trolley travels long an electrified track into a tunnel in the wall of Mister Rogers' house. The camera fades to black and returns with a scene of the trolley entering the Neighborhood of Make-Believe. Citizens of the special place include  King Friday the XIII, Queen Sara Saturday, Prince Tuesday, Lady Elaine Fairchilde (who ran the Museum-Go-Round), Henriette Pussycat, the shy Daniel S. Stripped Tiger (who lived in a clock), X the Owl, Donky Hodie, Cornflake "Corny" S. Pecially (who owned a rocking chair factory), Henri de Tigre (Grandpere), William Duckbill Bagpipe Platypus the IV, Dr. Tadpole Frog, Harriet Elizabeth Cow and a ventriloquist dummy, Hischer Booptrunk (Rogers' childhood toy). The voices of the these characters are provided by Mr. Rogers, but he is never seen. When its time to leave the Neighborhood of Make Believe, the trolley once again travels through the tunnel to an awaiting Mr. Rogers. Fans of the show who miss Fred Rogers (he died can find solace in riding a larger that life Trolley that resides in the Mr. Rogers' inspired Neighborhood of Make-Believe section of the Idlewild Amusement Park in Ligonier, Pennsylvania southeast of Pittsburgh.
