  • Disney Comic Characters - A great collection of image links to just about every cartoon character the Disney Corporation character ever created. Also includes pointers to other sources on Disney comics on the Net and printed sources on Disney comics and other fan stuff not found on the Net.

  • Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual Television Characters - According to the author David A. Wyatt, "To be listed a character should have appeared in at least three episodes and be explicitly gay, lesbian, bisexual or trans-gendered. Effeminate (but not gay) male characters, man-ish (but not lesbian) female characters, and gender shifting science fiction characters are generally not listed.

  • Gay & Lesbian Milestones on TV - Lists occurrences of Gay & Lesbian Characters gathered by the Religious Tolerance Group that have appeared on television beginning from 1972. 

  • Great Character Actors - Tribute site to the unsung character actors from movies and TV who portrayed sidekicks, villains, foreigners, henchmen, businessmen, mothers, sweet grandparents, vamps, vixens, molls, spinsters and scatterbrains.

  • The Make up Gallery - Photo-gallery of actresses in character and prosthetic make-ups by some of the best makeup artists. There are over 5000 images from more than 600 movies and TV shows. The transformations from actress into character are illustrated with before and after shots and, wherever possible, with behind the scenes shots of the makeup process.

  • Marvel Comics Characters - Use this database to get biographies on all of the comic book super heroes and villains that populate the Marvel Universe. Many of their characters  appeared on their own TV series or cartoons like Captain America, The Fantastic Four, The Incredible Hulk, The Amazing Spider-man, and The X-Men. 

  • Swinging Chicks of the 60s - Based on the book of the same name, this website chronicles Swinging Chicks of the 60s in movies and TV like Barbara Eden, Mary Tyler Moore, Elizabeth Montgomery, Stefanie Powers and Yvonne Craig. Fun site.

  • Teen TV Shows - An homage to popular TV shows with teenage life as its theme e. g. Happy Days, Dobie Gillis, Saved by the Bell, among others.

 

  • Topher's Breakfast Cereal Character Guide - This guide was created as a fun and educational reference on all your favorite cereal box characters from the early 1900's to the present. Cereal companies featured include General Mills, Kellogg's Post, Quaker Oats, Ralston, Nestle and Nabisco among others. 

  • TV Single Dads Hall of Fame - Website dedicated to such classic TV Dad's as Lucas McCain, Ben Cartwright, Fred Sanford and Steve Douglas. The site covers shows from the 1950 to the present and includes interviews and a search engine to find info on your favorite TV Dads.

  • What a Character - A fine listing of character actors - the faces you can't forget. Includes photographs and biographies of thousands of character actors. Site has alphabetical list of all film and TV show entries. Clickable thumbnails of the character appear to reveal actor's biography and linked filmographies.
