Jason Evers starred as Pitcairn, a nomadic, philosophical cowpoke and gunfighter who worked odd jobs throughout the Old West of the 1880s.

Jason Evers as Pitcairn - WRANGLER

TRIVIA NOTE: The short-lived, six-episode series was a 1960 summer replacement for THE TENNESSEE ERNIE FORD SHOW.

WRANGLER was the first videotaped western series - using Paramount TV's TVola tape editing and Marconi cameras, instead of traditional 35mm film. See also "The Guns of Will Sonnett"
